Waiting List Contract
Deposit & Placement
A $100 deposit reserves your spot on the waiting list. This amount will be credited toward the final purchase price of your puppy.
Non-Refundable Policy
PAYMENT for reserving your place in line will not under any circumstance be refunded. This applies regardless of personal circumstances or if you choose to go with another breeder.
Selection Process
When a litter reaches 8 weeks old, prospective buyers will receive photos, videos, and pricing information. You will have 8 business hours (9 AM–5 PM Mountain Time) from the time you are contacted to make your choice to pick or pass.
Passing
If you choose to pass on a litter, you maintain your current position on the waiting list and will be contacted for the next available litter.
Accepting & Remaining Listed
If you accept a puppy but wish to remain on the waiting list for a future puppy, you must pay an additional $250 deposit and will be moved to the bottom of the queue.
Payment Deadline
Buyers have 7 calendar days from the litter's 8-week mark to arrange pickup and complete full payment, or they forfeit their place on the waiting list.
Breeder's Rights
The Breeder reserves the right to retain any puppy for breeding purposes. The Breeder's selection will be made at or after 8 weeks of age.
