Health Guarantee
We stand behind the health of every puppy we place. Please read this guarantee carefully.
Health Record
The Breeder guarantees that at the time of delivery, the puppy is in good health.
Veterinary Checkup
The Buyer must arrange a veterinary examination within 7 business days of receiving the puppy. In the event of a life-threatening genetic defect, the puppy must be returned within 14 days with supporting veterinary documentation. The Breeder does not reimburse veterinary expenses.
Not Covered
The following conditions are excluded from coverage: parasites, hernias, undescended testicles, bite issues, injuries, allergies, heat exhaustion, hypoglycemia, luxating patellas, collapsing trachea, and Leg Calve Perthes disease.
Breeding Quality
No dog or puppy sold with or without breeding rights is guaranteed to be breeding quality.
Hereditary Defects
Life-threatening hereditary defects qualify for a replacement puppy of equal value. No refunds will be issued.
Congenital Defects
Life-threatening congenital defects qualify for a replacement puppy. Non-life-threatening congenital defects receive no replacement or financial assistance.
Veterinary Diagnosis
The Breeder reserves the right to select an independent veterinarian to confirm any diagnosis, at the Breeder's expense.
Shipping
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy once the Breeder transfers the puppy to transport personnel.
Guarantee Terms
This guarantee applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. Only replacement puppies are offered — never refunds.
Puppy Care
Buyers must provide proper care for their puppy and may not rehome the dog to a shelter or rescue without prior written approval from the Breeder.
Breeding Rights
AKC registration papers are only provided to the buyer if they have purchased breeding rights. Any accidental breeding without purchased rights incurs a $10,000 fine.
Financial Burden
The Buyer assumes all veterinary costs and related expenses associated with the care of their puppy.
Size
No returns or refunds will be issued for puppies that grow larger or smaller than anticipated.
Pickup Deadline
Puppies must be picked up by 12 weeks of age. A daily boarding fee of $45 will be charged for each day past the 12-week mark.
Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree not to make negative, disparaging, or defamatory public statements about each other.
Health Insurance
The Breeder strongly recommends that Buyers obtain pet health insurance for their new puppy.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes shall proceed in Weber County, Utah, with mandatory mediation prior to any court action.
